Lack of growth-even though they paid for my higher education, I was not able to promote to a new position which made the 2 year required commitment difficult.
Maybe it’s the service line I worked for (Cardiology) , but it seems the system talks about value based & quality driven care but this service line seems motivated by profit and numbers in procedures which would be against the organizations mission, vision & values. Therefore this is no longer something I choose to be apart of
