Pros
The best environment I’ve ever worked in. My coworkers are amazing, and my manager is the best. Outside of my direct department, the hospital administration supports what we need and ensures we’re being taken care of.
Cons
Holidays are not paid, and they take your PTO for them. There is no option to take them unpaid, so losing PTO during the holidays is very annoying.
