It's relatively a small company very recently acquired by IPG Photonics Corporation and hence we get to work in functional groups with experienced people from various disciplines to get an overall understanding of the product.
Every day use of Solidworks for CAD modeling, engineering drawing creation and analysis, thermal simulation and flow simulations.
Cons
Fast paced working environment and minimizing errors is a tedious task but not impossible.
