      Easy to get a job with Menards in recession.

      Cutthroat, will move you anywhere at the drop of a hat. Will get rid of anyone no matter how long they have been there.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
