      Instant profit share working outside (when it is nice) Great people to work with

      Long hours. Upper management often use intimidation tactics to increase store profit. Highly stressful work environment and small pay.

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
