Pros
Fun place to work with the right group of people, also great opportunity to grow within the company
Cons
Headquarters rules are not really logical (can tell they are distanced from the store and all stores aren't created equal.) Store discount set up is horrible (10% but it has to come out of your check in advance) Must work every other weekend.
