      Pros

      This is a solid company, better than average pay, great opportunity to advance if you are willing to move. Company expanding.

      Cons

      Long long hours, micro management at times. Visits from general office alway makes store general managers very jumpy. Not consistant in it's policy enforcement.

      Pros

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
