      The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, every team member is willing to help when help is needed. Also, VERY simple and easy to move up in the company

      Cons

      The pay may not be in your range if you just want to be a cashier, its more in the "first job ever" range

      Pros

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
