      Pros

      The co-workers were a benefit, the flexibility for hours was pretty good, the ability to take paid breaks was a bonus.

      Cons

      place overall isn't that great. The music selection is absolutely awful and it will drive you crazy, also, the pay is crap

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
