Management was poor, many of the supervisors would leave the floor or put a entry level associate in charge, often understaffed and upper management would threaten the supervisors with pay cuts if we couldn't make up for it, paid minimum wage despite having to know everything about the store and work with every department, long hours, I worked 45 hours per week and they refused to hire me full time, hired three male employees as part time then promoted them to full time even though I had been hired longer and did the same amount of work if not more
