      They have profit sharing which is a nice bonus

      Cons

      Full time employees must work every other weekend. HR is terrible - does not help, doesn't file paperwork, unorganized, biased, and incompetent Discount for employees is worthless (only 10% off of 70% of your paycheck - if you make $100 you would save 10% of $70 = $7)

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
