Pros

Consistent company overall. Locally not room for growth. If you're willing to move to the midwest there are opportunities occassionally.

Cons

Material sites are going through significant changes and causing problems. Leadership seems somewhat uninvolved and that causes issues.

Pros

- Managers are friendly and compassionate - Culture is top notch. No yelling, not much throwing under the bus, smiling faces, volunteering is promoted and time off given for this - Leaders help you grow in your role - Benefits are OK. Vacation amount starting out is good. They give you five free therapy appointments a year.

Cons

- Feb 2026: Mandatory work in office 5 days policy (you can WFH if you're sick or have an appt) - Pay is lower - You grow in your role but the pay doesn't match the expanded responsibility and title isn't changed to reflect new responsibility - Company financials are going downhill. Somewhat just economic driven. They blame part of it on employees WFH which is part of the reason employees are required to work in office 5 days now. - Transparency from leadership is lacking. Lots of whispers among coworkers because lack of open communication from the top - Big layoffs at least once a year but they keep it hush hush and don't tell you who is no longer working with the company until you go to email them and realize they're deactivated - Need more drug coverage on insurance. Also, out of pocket and deductible are high, especially if you want anyone other than yourself on the plan. - Boys club. Almost all male leadership, especially at the very top.
