Pros
Literally nothing. I would say the paycheck but it was minimum wage, and the stress wasn't worth the money!
Cons
The manager just wasn't nice or understanding. A staff member left and he literally said to us "she'll be back, she's not very good at this and that etc." He was rude, and didn't want to make an access need changes. I have a disability that means i struggle to use my hands. I told him this and he made me stand at the front of the store all day and display a drone using a remote controller. This really aggrivated my nerve condition but he didn't care. He didn't really treat anyone nicely or with respect and just wasn't a great manager. There also seemed to be issues further up. He even told us to try and prevent shoplifting, after saying someone got stabbed with a needle for trying to stop someone. I was not going to get involved but he made us act like shop security!
