Pros
Upper management is pretty decent. They have a good culture of ethical behavior. They have regular meetings where they give every employee an overview of the company finances. The offices are clean and modern. Its great for families, too.
Cons
Benefits aren't as good as some other tech companies. Its also an older tech company with a few of the same folks that have been there for decades.
