It's a very small company so you're not going to meet a lot of new people. Fremont is overall a great location but sometimes you hear people yelling in the street.

- Work/life balance was a company value on paper, but when push came to shove, the expectation was that employees would work long hours, weekends, etc. to meet delivery deadlines. - These acts of heroism were often thankless. - Too much time invested in winning contracts with small profit margins. These clients did not value our work. - Leadership utilized a predominantly negative feedback model without positive feedback for balance. - Controlling leadership. They held contempt for personal autonomy and punished attempts to flex it.
