      Pros

      Colleagues were fantastic and the work was great. I got to meet and interact with people from all over the world. Class content was generally fun and interesting.

      Cons

      Employees were overworked and underpaid. We weren't given enough breaks and we weren't paid for outside grading or prep. This led to a high burnout rate and lots of turnover.

      Pros

      Good company, you learn a lot. Many opportunities to practice English with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Salary is very basic. Dosen't have career opportunities, you will be basic stuck or maximum around the same position.

      Great co-workers willing to help each other grow I like my job as a teacher! Westwood staff is kind and takes care of business.

      Cons

      Underpaid even for those who have been there for years.
