      They feed you a dream

      Cons

      They over work you their people and culture director does not know her job , they are the most inconsiderate team. They are dishonest and do not value their employees. They over work people and hold personal grudges which is very unprofessional. The hr team micromanage everyone and do not follow their processes

      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed working at Menzies. The culture is genuinely supportive and the people are approachable. I feel like my work is noticed. There’s good recognition for what people do. There are also decent opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. Overall it’s a positive place to work where you can contribute and feel part of something.
