I've also experienced glitches with the app directing an address into Google maps, it tries to send me to a random set of coordinates instead of the correct location. It's better to type the address into maps manually to avoid this.

Commission taken from your earnings is significant - 30% base. Commission taken can go as low as 15%, but that's ONLY after a client spends $3k on reservations with you, which realistically takes years. It can feel unfair. As an Independent Contractor, you have to save earnings for taxes and record your own mileage for deductions. There will be wear and tear on your car that can become expensive. Cats are apex predators at the end of the day, so some of them are spicy. They will hiss and could bite you. Some of the clients are nightmares to deal with.
