      Pros

      Meraki International is a great place to work! We have a great family atmosphere. Our management team is always available and even the top leadership in our organization has an open door policy. Everyone puts their best foot forward and doesn't look to just clock in and out. A lot of progression and no seniority.

      Cons

      Need to be willing to give it your all. It's worth the challenge

      Pros

      You get what you give to the company. Meaning the better your do your job the better the outcome. Traveling and learning. You get to meet new and people and network differently. I like that the company works face to face with customers.

      Cons

      Nothing is guaranteed and not having your own transportation makes it difficult at times. As far as I'm concerned I haven't been around long enough to notice more cons.
