Work from home is good. Sometimes going to office is ok. Good colleagues.
Cons
Different treatment between Indian and other country's workers . Layoffs always. Not trustworthy. No job security. Always stress and tension of job can go anytime. It's not good feeling. Technology is outdated. Leadership does what they what, indian managers not involved.
