      Nothing, this company has no ethics and should be SHUT down!

      Cons

      This company scams its customers but selling counterfeit items and they DO nothing to protect their customer. Absolutely terrible company and should be shut down. The CEO is a joke of a human and should step down.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Cons

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
