I work with some of the best people! The benefits are above average. I have the ability to flex my schedule as needed. The Company is strong with a future focus. Our leaders stay on top of the economy and trends in the work place, so that we evolve with agility. We have opportunities for our employees to develop - online training, temporary rotations to work in a different part of the organization, and various certifications.
Cons
Change can be hard - especially when it is constant. It can be challenging to take advantage of the opportunities when you are trying to keep up with the constant demands of your primary tasks. Salary increases?...it's been a tough few years depending on what line of business you are in.
