Pros
the people are great, they care about you as an employee but also as a whole person - i deferred my full-time offer after internship a year later than the first start date because plans changed due to covid and i got into a masters program and they were extremely supportive and understanding
Cons
i guess it's a bit specialized for consulting but still great experience and if you want HR consulting, then thats what you get
