      Flexibility Great support for diversity and inclusion

      Messy internal structure / restructure Leadership team can't seem to figure out who/what they want. Lead to constant changes within leadership team and the flow on impact downstream. May be specific to line of business. Lost a lot of talent, too heavily relied on outsourced servicing model.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
