      Work when you want, if there is any good loads!! Most of the time not!! Mercer is losing there costomers!!

      Cons

      Not good people!!very rude and they think they are important,they have not figured out everybody should be important!!

      Mercer has been working with Owner Operators since 1977. We have a large amount of employees and Owner Operators that have been with us since the beginning. Lots of 20 year plus owner operators are still working here. In the trucking industry our reputation is impeccable. But of course, no company is for everyone. Wish this would have been a more positive experience.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
