      Pros

      Not a thing. Terrible managers. Everyone is related. Backstabbers, liars.

      Cons

      So much gossip, no direction, family reporting to family so you can't get anything done. The managers say inappropriate things and nothing is done. There's no one to go to when things go bad.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
