Bad Benefits, Bosses are horrible people, poor communication, long 14 hours days. $100 a day. over 130+ stops...usually by yourself....very strenuous job, tune over rate is extremely high, I can go on and on......just run as far as you can from this place...they don't appreciate their employees..I QUIT THIS PATHETIC JOB TODAY 12/18/2015! IT WASN'T ABOUT A $500+ PAYCHECK for me every week.. It was about doing what's RIGHT!! (I am not looking for sympathy or pity) If you don't stand for something you will ALWAYSSSS FALL FOR ANYTHING IN LIFE!!! I QUIT a job that want me to lie to donors and the public...I quit a job that treat their employees like crap being flushed down the toilet.... I quit a job that abuse you mentally and emotionally....I quit a job that is bias and take advantage of you.... I quit a job that is negligence, and the list goes on and on!!! I almost lost myself and partially allow this job to break me down and take my pride until I found the courage to walk away and leave it all behind..BEWARE of what charities you donate to because all charities aren't good charities and nether or some of the people that may work for them.(research before you donate). Bottom line, I use to work for a charity here in St. Louis MO, they are a business disguised as a charity....Run RUN AND RUN as far as you can from this place
