Process and clarity of purpose provided by top management. Good incentive policy . Inter-department interactions are encouraged. Accountability and responsibility for own actions is encouraged.

Cons

Time management is absolutely essential for the employee else one will start regretting the decision of joining the organisation! Instrument portfolio is not very advanced , so it may not be a good decision to join if some one is looking for expertise on advanced analytical instruments.
