Pros
- Flexibility (remote working if you are not based in the US)
- Autonomy (Directors don't micro-manage if you do your job)
- Reasonable workload and caliber of clients
Cons
- Payment system (not in full every month, but divided into cycles)
- Spontaneous lay-off; even if you contributed very well and did a few mistakes, they don't try to really make it work
- Very tedious task log-in system (they count everything by hour and you have to do it on a daily basis)
