      I was the Director for oversea branch for a period of 3 year had to close because of economic raison, then work in TN for a period of 2 year after that

      Cons

      was away from family for long period of time, the company was not strong enough for work oversea.

      The pay was above those who worked there several years.

      Cons

      The employees and other supervisors they didn’t do their due diligence while on jobs. Lots of theft by an employee and nothing was done. We lost a contact because of him and another supervisor.
