Draining environment with ineffective management and support - Software Engineer Mercuria Energy Employee Review

Working here was honestly draining. I wish I could say I got something positive out of it, but that just wasn’t the case. Management didn’t seem to have much real leadership experience, and the HR department felt completely ineffective. Communication and support were seriously lacking across the board, which made everything harder than it needed to be. Working with Stephanie was extremely challenging and added to an already frustrating environment.
