Pros
The people at Mercury are great - in my time there I really enjoyed it. It's an interesting company with some really smart people who do really great things. If you have a good team, it makes it a lot easier. They have solid benefits, just adopted a 9/80 with unlimited PTO and are looking to continue to grow
Cons
They grew too fast without stabilizing the foundations of the company, resulting in shortfalls across the business. The back-log of issues grew and the company suffered because it couldn't keep up. Over time, some really great talent has left or been cut, making some of the gaps even more apparent, making it even harder to push forward to do day-to-day business.
