      Pros

      Meaningful work - I find contributing to product development for defense articles very rewarding. I enjoy working with smart people, and there are some really smart people at Mercury. Fast paced environment, never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Staying on top of the multitude of simultaneous activities can be a challenge. It can be difficult to deal with the cultural differences between sites.
