      Pros

      Flexible hours, 9/80 work schedule, some good people, good managers but the pay is very low.

      Cons

      Constant unreachable deadlines, lots of pressure from PMs to get sh!t done. Very stressful around end of quarters.

      Flexible organization & involved leadership with lots of room for growth

      lengthy onboarding process/trainings but I do understand the need for this

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
