      -Free coffee and Air conditioning.

      Cons

      Underpay ($27/hr), Undervalued, No Training, No Mentorship, Pay does not reflect responsibilities, No Structure, Fragmented Technology Stack, Ridiculous scope of issues, 200 users vs 1 Tech, Zero Work From Home opportunity. I highly recommend not working as IT here, unless they offer you more than $34/hr, MINIMUM.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
