You just read the Pros right?
Benefits are horrible, some would say that is typical for small companies but this company's revenue exceeds its size
I can't provide a honest review for other departments within this company and if you would enjoy working here, but the IT department had a 40% reduction in staffing, almost all left the company and not one position has been filled yet. So the reviews that say the hiring process is quick is a joke. So I would say that good indication of the current situation.
This has increased the work load on an already thin staff which has created a poisonous work environment that continues to grown and spread which has made additional employees start to look else where. Don't know if they can stop the bleeding as most are getting disgruntle and are very unhappy. The executive team or the COO assured the team that they are using more resources to find quality candidates to fill these position. However, the COO never addressed this large concern with the team, we where just told. Remember we are small "family" company. Right?
The lack of origination, standards, management guidance, support, horrible work environment...
It might sound like I'm venting and sure I am. I have worked for a few badly managed companies and they were BAD. When I started it was good, but with bad management that continues to make wrong decisions it starts to pill up. I truly hope they can turn the culture around and make it a better place to work but the negative energy here is thick.
