Pros
I can't think of many pros of working for Mercy. It is a beautiful campus right on the Hudson so there is a nice view from the campus.
Cons
As with any institution there are some good people working there but they are disabled by the structure and messiness of the institution as a whole. They don't treat their employees well, they pay well below what they should, and there aren't many opportunities for advancement. On top of that the HR and finance departments are sloppy and don't train or support their employees.
