Lots of opportunity to contribute ideas and shape ministry areas if you’re willing to speak up. • Flexibility & autonomy. Roles often come with trust and space to do your work without micromanagement.

• Organizational clarity. Structure and role definitions can feel a bit loose — sometimes good intentions outpace clear expectations. • Communication gaps. Not every decision is shared broadly, leaving teams and contributors in the dark. • Work/life balance. Passion for the vision can result in not knowing how to "turn it off."
