RN - Anonymous employee Mercy Employee Review

In my experience on the unit that I worked: Management was not in connection with new hires/staff members at all; Supervisors seem to be on a high horse reporting ridiculous stuff such as cell phone usage but would constantly be on theirs; Training was very unorganized and frustrating; AND fellow co-workers were down right mean and unwelcoming. I moved on.
