      Pros

      They have changed a lot in the time that I worked there, it started out small feeling and that there was concern for the employee. In the end, it grew and it became a job. Just a job. The good news the paychecks always came, never issues there.

      Cons

      Staffing is hard to maintain, a lot of expectation changes, systems changes, low wages for support staff.
