Pros
It was a very positive experience in the beginning because I was also in the MLT Program at NPCC, therefore I was very fortunate to have learned in class and then hands on at work. I learned so much more.
Cons
However the director at the time was sexually harassing women in the lab and I was so disappointed in how my co workers worked together and kept drama going .
