      Mercy has a more positive sides than Ascot.

      Cons

      Manager use the one if the staff's phone to record her meeting with another staff member. Bully, lied you don't even know who you can trust.

      Usually safe patient ratio More work life balance than other public hospitals New year/Xmas close down

      Cons

      Bullying culture in some areas. Not all, but some. Bullying usually directed at new and/or promising people, delivered by older women who have been allowed and enabled to operate in this way without consequence. Manager did not respond to allegations.
