      Busy team, lots of projects on the go. Committed to improving their service to benefit the patients. Some very intelligent, hardworking senior members of the clinical and leadership teams.

      Usually safe patient ratio More work life balance than other public hospitals New year/Xmas close down

      Cons

      Bullying culture in some areas. Not all, but some. Bullying usually directed at new and/or promising people, delivered by older women who have been allowed and enabled to operate in this way without consequence. Manager did not respond to allegations.
