Self scheduling is nice if you have seniority. Always working with a new face!
Cons
Critically short staffed constantly. You may be the only nurse working on a unit with a CNA. Management and administration are very unprofessional. Quick to write up and does not praise employees for their work. Very unappreciative. Sign on bonus and passport nurses are all that works here because they are cuffed to Mercy for 3 years or repay the money. High turnover. Very dirty and run down facility.
