      Pros

      Hard working, friendly employees at the lower level.

      Cons

      Leadership team that consists of CEO, COO, and Clinical Director who are more interested in their egos. Leadership has a sense of entitlement. You will be asked to do anything and everything or be subject to dismissal. A smoke and mirrors show of transparency. Leadership has no real experience outside of the NC State Government system.

      Co-workers are supportive and you are truly meeting a need for the community.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible benefits, completely out of touch leadership, staff are asked to do the impossible with less and less, insanely high caseloads with little support and very few options available for clients
