      Merger several years ago began the downfall. Recently bought out and continues to spiral downhill. Requires 90-day resignation notice to be eligible for rehire.

      Co-workers are supportive and you are truly meeting a need for the community.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible benefits, completely out of touch leadership, staff are asked to do the impossible with less and less, insanely high caseloads with little support and very few options available for clients
