Paid holidays and an amazing Director and VP who truly support the team.
Cons
I greatly appreciate my director, VP, and the organization’s no-barriers-to-care approach. However, workload expectations often require 10–12-hour days without compensation, making work-life balance difficult. The lack of a clear attendance/PTO policy and HR’s leniency with no-call/no-shows hinder accountability. Additionally, the CEO appears disengaged from employee morale, which impacts organizational culture and retention. The insurance is lacking and doesn't cover anything outside of the MHS organization.
