Pros
There are a few pros like the cafeteria, coffee cart, and onsite care clinic. They match your 401k contribution and add funds to your HSA account.
Cons
Merit will let good employees go without reason, yet they keep the ones who delegate everything and do not work. They will give positive feedback to employees one day and then fire them the next. This has happened on multiple occasions. There is also lack of training, which means many employees do not know how to properly do their job. They have to rely on other employees with "tribal knowledge." Doesn't work out very well when the employees with all the knowledge are fired or quit.
