company is growing a lot, leadership is great. C Suite really takes the time to be open with everybody and friendly.

Processes are still being established but otherwise none!

Lots of positive growth and changes that go along with it – management has done a great job communicating the expectations and the things they expect to shift and change with our job duties along with that growth. Compensation is above market rate for my role and everyone is incredibly friendly – it's a positive atmosphere. They're also fairly eco-conscious with their office & kitchen supplies, and there are a ton of snacks and soda provided for free. They hand out copies of "TRACTION" by Gino Wickman and that is a great insight into how they run the business.

I wish there was slightly more flexibility in WFH/remote work - sometimes working in office isn't as necessary and more WFH days would be doable.
