Meritus has three kind of people- Wannabe know-it-alls. Wannabe know-it-alls No proper insight and learning into the intricacies of the market, you have to follow a preset procedure. Leave out the CEO, COO who are good and busy people of-course, the Lead is Racist, Sexist and a "Gaonwala" at best. Appraisals are a joke and a formality at best. No scope to grow well.

You can reach out to anyone in the office regardless of their designation and get your doubts cleared. 3)Work-life balance. 4)Individual projects and client handling gives you hands on experience as a consultant as well.
